JANUARY 2, 2025 CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 2857/2023 By present application, respondent no.1 is seeking permission to withdraw amount of Rs.54,000/- deposited by the petitioners before this Court in terms of order dated 3/8/2023. The petitioners have no objection if the amount deposited by them is given to respondent no.1.

2] In view of above and for the reasons set out in the application, the same is allowed. Amount of Rs.54,000/- deposited by the petitioners be transferred to respondent no.1's account upon furnishing proof of the account details.

3] The application is disposed of in above terms.
