According to him, though the petitioner is entitled for the compensation, the issue regarding compensation has not yet been decided. He has further brought to our notice the representation dated 16.06.2025 submitted to the respondent-Collector. 3.

Considering the fact that representation dated 16.06.2025 is still not decided, we direct respondent-Collector to decide the same within eight weeks from today.

Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to produce the copy of this order before the concerned authority within one week from today.

The writ petition stands disposed of, in the above terms. No order as to cost.
