Petitioner Nos. 3 to 5 are serving at petitioner No.2 - School run by petitioner No.1 - Trust. The proposals seeking grant of approval to the appointment of petitioner Nos. 3 to 5 not having been decided, the present Writ Petition came to be filed. During pendency of the Writ Petition, it was noted that approval had been granted to the appointment of petitioner No.5. Today, the learned Assistant Government Pleader has tendered a copy of the communication dated 4/11/2019 issued by the Education Officer (Secondary) by which the proposal for grant of approval to the appointment of petitioner Nos. 3 and 4 has been rejected.

In view of aforesaid, we find that the prayers made in the Writ Petition now stand answered. Petitioner Nos. 1 to 4 are at liberty to challenge the communication dated 4/11/2019 refusing to grant approval by initiating appropriate proceedings.
