Seen the report of the Deputy Registrar (Judicial) dated 16th of December, 2014.

In view of the findings of the learned Deputy Registrar, the appellants are permitted to file appeal as indigent person. Misc. Civil Application is allowed.

Civil Application St. No.20007/2013 None for the applicants. Heard Shri D.S. Lambat, the learned Advocate for the non-applicant no.1.

The application is taken on board by consent of the learned Advocate for the non-applicant no.1.

For the reasons stated in the application and in view of the order passed by me today on Misc. Civil Application No.1146/2014 permitting the applicants to file appeal as indigent person, the delay of 14 days in filing the appeal is condoned.

The civil application is allowed.
