The petitioner makes grievance that the order passed by the University and College Tribunal is not complied with. The order passed by the University and College Tribunal is challenged in Writ Petition No.147 of 2016 and its execution is stayed.

In view of the above, the grievance made by the petitioner cannot be considered in this contempt petition.

The notice of contempt is discharged. The contempt petition is disposed with liberty to the petitioner to initiate appropriate proceedings after the orders are passed in Writ Petition No.147 of 2016. JUDGE adgokar
