The petitioner and the respondent No.1 pray that the petition be disposed in terms of the compromise recorded in paragraph 6 of the application.

Shri A.A. Madiwale, learned A.G.P. has submitted that the compromise arrived at between the petitioner and the respondent No.1 does not saddle any liability on the respondent No.2-Education Officer and the school in which the respondent No.1 would be working is on no-grant basis. In view of the above, the prayer made in the civil application is granted.
