FEBRUARY 5, 2016 Learned counsel for the applicants-petitioners has placed before me order dated 20.12.2006 passed by Collector, Buldana in which there is an approval granted by Collector for applying the recommendations of the Fifth Pay Commission to the employees of the Municipal Council, Jalgaon Jamod from the date of the order. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Learned Counsel further states that the applicants have accepted the said order of the Collector and the consequent recommendations.

In view of above, nothing survives in the present application. Hence, I make the following order.

ORDER

Misc. Civil Application No.1340/2015 is disposed of. No order as to costs.
