The learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file appeal under Section 39(3) of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act, 1959, against the order impugned dated 11-07-2024 passed by the Additional Commissioner, Amravati Division, Amravati. If such appeal is filed within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be treated as filed within limitation.
