The issue involved in all these writ petitions is informed to be governed by the judgment/order passed at Aurangabad Bench in Writ Petition No.1913/2024 (Navnath Bhaskar Dive and anr. vs. The State of Maharashtra Thr. Its Secretary and ors. with connected writ petitions) decided on 30/08/2024.

While deciding the petitions, the Aurangabad Bench has issued certain directions in paragraph 21 of its order. 5.

It is claimed that the case of the present petitioners is covered by the aforesaid order passed in Writ Petition No.1913/2024 with connected petitions and as such the respondents be directed to consider and deal with each case of the present petitioners in the light of the directions issued therein.

In the aforesaid backdrop, we deem it appropriate to dispose of all these writ petitions in the light of the directions issued in Writ Petition No.1913/2024 with connected writ petitions by the Aurangabad Bench on 30/08/2024 wherein the issue is informed to be common qua the services of contractual Ambulance Drivers. 7.

All writ petitions are disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
