VARALE, JJ DATE : 29.10.2015 One of the prayers made in the petitions was for appointment of the Umpire for Arbitration of the dispute between the employees of respondent no.2 and respondent no.1. The respondents 2 and 3 have placed on record the order dated 21.8.2015 vide which the Hon'ble Justice (Retd.) D.M.Dharmadhikari has been appointed as an Umpire for Arbitration for the period of three years. The said appointment

In that view of the matter, the purpose of the petitions is served. The petitions are disposed of. The learned Arbitrator is requested to decide the issue pertaining to the petitioners' grievance as expeditiously as possible and preferably within three months from today. Needless to state that all the contents made in the petitions are kept open.
