Date : 23 rd NOVEMBER, 2015 Heard Advocate Thakur and Shri Fulzele, learned APP. We find the contention that the modus operandi of detaining the person again after his release from jail by pointing out some old offence and apprehension about its use in the present matter is not supported by any material on record. However, we are not expressing any binding opinion in this respect. Leaving the said contention open, and with liberty to petitioner/applicant to raise it again at appropriate stage, we dispose of the writ petition.
