Learned counsel Ms. Aarti Singh has placed on record communication dated 7-6-2023 received from the District Marketing Officer, Gondia which is to the effect that the petitioner has been allotted paddy collection centre. According to Ms. Aarti Singh, the grievance in the petition does not survive.

In view of the allotment of the centre to the petitioner, nothing survives in the petition. The petition is disposed of.
