Heard Shri S.V. Sirpurkar, learned counsel for the applicant, Mrs. Ketki S. Joshi, learned APP for respondent No. 1 and Shri H.P. Lingayat, learned counsel for respondent No. 2.
We have perused the transcription of conversation on records of the learned APP. We have also seen reasons recorded on 01.03.2016 by this Court in its order in the present matter.
We are not inclined to interfere in the present matter in extra ordinary jurisdiction under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure or Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
The applicant can always move appropriate application before the trial Court pointing out his grievance and raising all contentions.
However, we grant him leave to move appropriate application as he has been protected because of direction not to take coercive steps against him, issued on 27.10.2015. This ad interim relief will continue for a period
0407apl786.15 of four weeks more from today and shall cease to operate thereafter automatically.
Keeping all rival contentions open, we dispose of the present Criminal Application.
