This is an application moved by the applicant-insurance company to deposit the decretal amount as per order dated 28.2.2018. 2.

Learned counsel Shri H.N. Verma for the applicant-insurance company submits that though there are lapses on the part of the applicant/insurance company to comply with order dated 28.2.2018, the lapses were not intentional and due to the procedural aspect, time required to comply with order dated 28.2.2018. He submits that now the cheque is ready and it is in his possession. He therefore submits that permission be granted to deposit the said cheque.

Though approach of the insurance company is not appreciated rather is deprecated by this Court, in the interest I extended the time from 4.5.2018 and within a period 3 days from today the applicant shall deposit the amount as ordered on 28.2.2018.
