This is an application for condonation of delay in filing an appeal challenging judgment and award dated 10.10.2017 passed by learned Member, Motor Accident Claims, Tribunal-2, Nagpur in Claim Petition No.408/2008. Delay is of 25 days.

Though the application is opposed by learned counsel Shri .....2/-
