By this application, the appellants are seeking stay to the execution and implementation of the impugned award.

Learned Counsel for the appellants made a statement that, the entire compensation amount is already deposited with the Commissioner under the Employees Compensation Act and receipt of the same is also

In view of the statement, execution of impugned award is stayed till the final disposal of the appeal.

The Civil Application stands allowed and disposed accordingly.
