Learned counsel for the appellant submits that 50% of the compensation amount has already been withdrawn by the respondent Nos.1 and 2.

The respondent Nos.1 and 2 have filed this application to withdraw 50% balance compensation amount with accrued interest.

Considering the reasons given in the application, the same is allowed.

The applicant/respondent Nos.1 and 2 are permitted to withdraw 25% of total balance compensation amount with one solvent surety.
