After perusing injury certificate and relevant statements of witnesses, when this Court was about to dismiss the application, Mr. Jaltare, learned counsel for applicant submits that he wishes to withdraw the present application.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn. Since the applicant is withdrawing present application, this Court is not supplementing any reasons for dismissal of the application.
