By this application, the applicants seek deletion of the name of the petitioner nos. 1 and 9 from the array of petitioners. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application, application is allowed. Necessary amendments be carried out forthwith. WRIT PETITION NO. 1100 of 2025 The learned counsel appearing for the parties request for referring the matter for mediation.
