This is an application for grant of parole.

The parole is sought on the ground that the father of the petitioner is suffering from hypertension, migraine and weakness. The perusal of the certificate would reveal that the ailment is not of such a nature that the petitioner's father is required to be hospitalized.

In that view of the matter, we do not find that the case is made out for grant of parole. The petition is, therefore, rejected.
