The petitioner seeks a direction to be issued to the Scrutiny Committee for expeditiously deciding her tribe claim.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader on oral instructions submits that hearing of the proceedings is now scheduled on 20.12.2022 and within a period of eight weeks from that date the same would be finally decided. In view of aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no.3-Scrutiny Committee to decide the petitioner's tribe claim within a period of eight weeks from the next date of the proceedings which is informed to be 20.12.2022.
