After hearing the learned counsel when the Court was about to dismiss the present application Mr.Khobragade, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he wishes to withdraw the present application. Application is dismissed as withdrawn.

Needless to mentioned that interim order dated 25.09.2019 passed by this Court stands vacated. JUDGE srwagh
