In the present petition the challenge is raised to the order of the Hon'ble Minister dated 20/12/2022 restoring back the licence of the respondent No.5 and directing the Deputy Director to conduct inquiry. Accordingly, the Deputy Director conducted inquiry and submitted its report.

Accordingly, in view of the report of the Deputy Director, now the Agricultural Produce Market Committee has to take a decision as regards licence of the petitioner as Trader, Commission Agent and in relation to Shop of the respondent No.5.

In that view of the matter, as the inquiry report has already been submitted to this Court as directed vide order dated 25/12/2022 as well as to the State Government and Director, Cooperative Societies,

2 943-WP6982-2022 Maharashtra State, Pune, most of the directions issued by the Hon'ble Minister vide impugned order have already been implemented and therefore, at this stage, I do not want to interfere with the impugned order.

In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of with direction to the Agricultural Produce Market Committee, Akola to take final decision on the inquiry report of the Deputy Director, Cooperative Societies, within next 25 days from the date of receipt of the order of this Court. Till the decision of APMC interim order to continue.

The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
