Shri M.A.Kadu, learned advocate states that on 3rd September, 2018 the matter was listed before Shri V.M. Deshpande, J and it was pointed out that Civil Application No. 2646 of 2018 praying that the order passed on 28th August, 2018 be recalled, was already filed. The order passed by Shri V.M. Deshpande, J on 3rd September, 2018 directing that the matter be placed before this Court is pointed out. Accepting the explanation given in the application order passed on 28th August, 2018 directing that "the Executive Director, Vidarbha Irrigation Development Corporation shall remain present before this Court" is recalled.

The civil application is allowed accordingly. No costs.
