The appellant/claimant is seeking condonation of delay of 1692 days caused in filing first appeal. It is brought to the notice that in similar case arising out of same notification and project, this Court in Civil application (CAF) No. 3348/2018 with Civil Application (CAF) No. 3349/2018 in First Appeal (St) No. 20403/2017 has condoned the delay of exactly similar days.

In view above, delay caused in filing first appeal stands condoned on condition that the appellant will not be entitled for interest for the period of delay.
