After considering the arguments, in my considered opinion, it would be appropriate to frame additional substantial question of law as under : "Whether the Courts below failed to put to say from the testator's arm chair and consider the Will as a whole in the light of circumstances attending at the execution of the Will Deed dated 05/10/1979 and erred to decree the suit of plaintiff ?"
