Shri Kapgate, the learned Counsel for the respondent - Zilla Parishad states, on instructions, by relying on the Pursis tendered on behalf of the respondent no.3 that the representation of the petitioner is decided and her claim is rejected. In view of the aforesaid statement, it appears that the cause for filing the writ petition has been rendered infructuous. The writ petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.
