After arguing this writ petition for some time, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition, with a request that the trial Court could be directed to dispose of the suit finally since the suit pertains to the year 2008. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn and the Court of Civil Judge, Junior Division, Lakhandur is directed to dispose of Regular Civil Suit No.71/2008 expeditiously and, in any case, within a period of three months from today.
