The applicant has filed this application for grant of temporary bail to attend the funeral of his real sister. 2.
The learned Counsel for the applicant has stated that the real sister of the applicant died due to Dengue and to perform some rituals, he is required to go to village Nemalipuri, Rajupalem, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. As such, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail.

The learned A.P.P. opposed the application stating that the certificate which the Doctor has issued for grant of parole is not genuine. No Doctor will issue such certificate. He further submits that, the earlier regular bail application is already rejected by this Court. Thereafter, the applicant has applied before the Hon'ble Apex Court and the same is pending. He further submits that the co-accused is still absconding. Hence, prayed to reject the application and if granted, grant with police escort for two days only. 4.
Heard both the learned Counsel for the parties. 5.
The applicant has to attend the funeral and to perform last ritual at Nemalipuri, Rajupalem, Guntur (A.P.).
2 1.ba.980.25.odt Considering the urgency, the applicant is released on bail for one week to attend the funeral with following conditions. i) Applicant- Ramanrao Bolla be released on bail in Crime No.783/2023, registered with Police Station Mouda, Nagpur for the offences punishable under Sections 120(B), 109, 409, 413, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 66D of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Section 3 of the Maharashtra Protection of the Interest of the Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1999 on his furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) with one surety in the like amount.
ii) The applicant shall immediately surrender his passport after his release on bail with the Police Station, Mouda, Nagpur.
iii) The applicant shall attend the Police Station, Rajupalem on every day and the applicant shall surrender in Jail on 6th day of his release.
iv) The applicant shall attend the funeral and last rites with one police escort and he shall bear the charges of escort.
v] The applicant shall not in any way tamper with the prosecution evidence. The applicant

vi] The applicant shall co-operate the Investigation Officer.

The Criminal Application stands disposed of accordingly.
