Heard learned counsel for the rival parties. Seen the reply filed on behalf of the respondent-State . The applicant has prima facie demonstrated before this Court that the goods in question were purchased by him under a receipt.

The learned APP, upon investigation, states that the said receipt is found to be genuine. That being so I make the following order:-

Rule is made absolute in terms of the interim order dated 28th October, 2015.
