We dispose of the petition by directing the Regional Deputy Director of Education, Nagpur Division, Nagpur to decide the proposal forwarded by the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Chandrapur in relation to correction of date of birth of the petitioner expeditiously and in any case within a period of four months from the date of producing copy of this order.
