10/11/ By this application, the learned Counsel for respondent seeks to extend the period two weeks for withdrawal of amount of compensation and for giving the undertaking.

Learned Counsel for appellants, on instructions, made statement that he will not withdraw the amount of compensation for four weeks, at the time of disposal of the appeal. Learned Counsel for appellants, on instructions makes a statement that he will not withdraw the amount of compensation for another two weeks provided, this would be the last chance given to the respondent to pursue his matter. 3.
In view of the statement made by the learned Counsel for appellants, there is no necessity to issue any directions in the present application. The statement made by the learned Counsel for appellants is taken on record as an undertaking. No further orders are required. Civil application is disposed of.
