Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

Perused the reply filed by the prosecution. It is seen that all the four co-accused have already been released on bail, out of whom three are released on bail by this Court. The case of the applicant cannot be distinguished from those, who are granted bail. Hence, the order.

The application is, therefore, allowed and it is directed that the applicant be released on bail on his furnishing a P.B. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- together with one solvent surety in the like amount subject to the conditions that he shall attend regularly the trial Court on the dates fixed in the matter, shall cooperate with the Court in expeditious disposal of the case and shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
