The applicants are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No.590/2022 registered with Police Station Dattapur, Tq. Dhamgangaon Railway, District Amravati for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 354, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

After going through the contents of the FIR, it can be seen that there appears to be some enmity between the father of the informant and the applicants and if the allegations are looked into from that perspective coupled with the fact that though the incident took place on a public road, there is not a single independent witness to the incident, prima-facie, I am of the opinion that, in absence of any incriminating material against the applicants, the rkn

a) The criminal application is allowed.
b) The order granting ad-interim anticipatory bail dated 10/11/2022, is hereby confirmed.
