DATE : December 07, 2015 Prayer is to grant permission to amend the writ petition by relying upon documents referred to in the application.

The application is opposed by learned counsel for respondent No.2 on the ground that some of the documents were not part of the appeal before the School Tribunal.

Considering the fact that most of the documents relate to appointment of the petitioner and approval granted to his appointment, the amendment is allowed. The objection raised on behalf of respondent No.2 regarding some documents not being filed before the School Tribunal and its effect shall be taken into consideration when the writ petition is heard finally. Application is allowed. Amendment be carried out within period of two weeks from today. Petitioner is granted liberty to file composite amended petition. It is open for the respondent No.2 to file additional submissions. JUDGE Asmita
