Heard. Dr. R.S. Sirpurkar, advocate for the petitioner. By the impugned order, the learned District Judge has stayed the execution of decree for possession of agricultural land granted by the trial Court in favour of the petitioner.

I do not find any illegality or error of jurisdiction in the impugned order, hence, there is no reason to interfere with it. However, I am of the view that the interests of justice would be sub-served by directing the learned District Judge to decide the Regular Civil Appeal No. 03 of 2017 till 15.11.2019.

With the above observations, writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
