DATED : SEPTEMBER 27, 2019 CIVIL APPLN. 3611 OF 2019 This is an application filed on behalf of the respondent No.1 (original claimant) seeking permission to withdraw amount of compensation deposited by the appellants in this Court.

The learned counsel for the parties informed this Court that an amount of about Rs.12,00,000/- was already deposited by the appellants in the Reference Court, which was already withdrawn by the respondent No.1 and that in this Court an amount of Rs.22,52,541/- was deposited by the appellants. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is partly allowed and the respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited

2 fa1356.18.odt by the appellant in this Court on furnishing usual undertaking before the Registrar (Judicial) within a period of four weeks from today. The application is disposed of.

CROSS OBJECTION NO. 83 OF 2019 Heard.
