This Court passed an order on 3rd July, 2017 granting stay to the execution of the impugned award on condition that the appellant deposits the amount as per the impugned award within eight weeks. The amount is not deposited.

The application stands dismissed with costs of Rs.Five Thousand, to be paid by the appellant to the respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

The receipt showing payment of costs shall be placed on record within one month.
