12th September, 2018 This Court vide order dated 3rd September, 2018 has protected the present applicant for reasons disclosed therein.

Perused the Case Diary. The entire offence is based on documents which are already taken into custody by the Investigating Officer.

As such, for the reasons recorded in the order dated 3rd September, 2018 and the fact that the documents which are formed to be the basis for the offence in question are already seized by the Investigating Officer, in my opinion, custodial interrogation of the applicant is not warranted. Thus, the application is allowed in terms of order dated 3rd September, 2018. The applicant shall attend the

concerned Police Station on every Tuesday and Friday till filing of charge-sheet. No steps be taken to influence the prosecution witnesses.
