DATED : 10/01/2020 This is an application filed by the petitioners for withdrawal of the amount of Rs.4,19,317/- lying in this Court.

The petitioners had deposited an amount of Rs.5,69,317/- in this Court as per order passed in Writ petition No.4425/2017. Subsequently the rival parties settled the matter and compromise petition was placed on record before this Court. The writ petition stood disposed of on 05/07/2019, in terms of the said compromise petition.

In view of the disposal of the writ petition in terms of compromise petition, this application has been moved for withdrawal of the balance amount lying in this

2 / 2 caw3257.19 Court by the petitioner. On 09/12/2019, notice was issued to the contesting respondent No.1 in Writ Petition No.4425/2017. The said respondent has appeared before this Court and he has no objection to the prayer made in the present application. The respondent No.1 has produced original Aadhar Card before this Court to confirm his identity as the respondent No.1 himself. 4.

In view of the above, the present application is allowed in terms of the prayer made thereunder. Accordingly, petitioners are permitted to withdraw the balance amount lying in this Court along with accrued interest, if any.

Application is disposed of.
