In view of the proposed order, notice to the respondents is hereby dispensed with.

This writ petition has been filed with a simple prayer that the respondent No.1-State Information Commissioner may be directed to decide the appeal which has been filed by the petitioner before him.

Accordingly, having regard to the innocuous nature of prayer made in this writ petition, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the State Information Commissioner, Nagpur to decide the appeal said to be preferred by the petitioner expeditiously, say within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him. We further direct that the appeal shall be decided only if it is found that it is complete in all respects.
