In terms of order dated 30.10.2015 the learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Nagpur has forwarded report dated 21.11.2015 indicating the status of Regular Civil Suit No. 288 of 2010.

Heard the petitioner in person. Perused the writ petition along with documents filed therewith. The challenge in the writ petition is to an interlocutory order passed by the trial Court granting adjournment.

In the facts of the case I am not inclined to interfere in writ jurisdiction. The writ petition is dismissed. However, as one of the grounds for seeking eviction of the defendants is bonafide need of the plaintiffs, the proceedings in Regular Civil Suit No. 288 of 2010 are expedited and the trial Court shall decide the suit by the end of June 2016. Order accordingly.
