2] Heard learned counsel for applicant and learned A.P.P.for State-non-applicant.

3] The applicant is arrested on 20/7/2017, in connection with Crime No.380/2017,registered with P.S. Dharni,District-Amravati ,for the offence punishable under Sections 20(B)IIA and 27 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act,1985.

4] The State has filed reply. According to reply, the investigating officer has already completed the investigation and chargesheet is already filed. 5] According to reply, secret information was received that the applicant is selling ganja in the premises. The police party visited the house of the applicant and seized 3.400 Kg. Ganja worth Rs. 4200/- . The investigation is already over. It is not in dispute that the ganja which is seized is not of commercial

ba.913.17.odt quantity. Further the applicant is not having any past record either under the offence punishable under Indian Penal Code or Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act,1985. In that view of the matter, I pass the following order.

ORDER

I) Application is allowed.

II) Applicant Syed Wasim S/o Syed Bashir be released on bail in Crime No.380/2017, registered with P.S.Dharni,District-Amravati, for the offence punishable under Sections 20(B)IIA and 27 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act,1985 on he executing P.B. of Rs. 15000/- alongwith one solvent surety in the like amount.

III) Applicant shall attend P.S.Dharni ,DistrictAmravati twice a week i.e. every Monday and Friday and shall be in police station from 3.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. till culmination of the trial.
