Heard Shri A.J. Mirza, learned counsel for the applicant/ petitioner.

Civil Application No. 122 of 2016 for correcting the address of the respondent is allowed and his present address be amended accordingly.

Issue notice to him on said address, returnable on 13.02.2017.

Insofar as Civil Application No. 123 of 2016 is concerned, merely because the new officer has taken over as the CEO, he cannot be joined as party respondent by name. We, therefore, partly allow this application and permit to add The Zilla Parishad, Amravati through CEO as party respondent No. 2.

Issue notice to added respondent, returnable on 13.02.2017.
