The respondent No.1 filed pursis vide Stamp No. 03/2022, informing that the appellant sold the property. Therefore, he has no grievance. The copy of sale-deed is placed on record along with the pursis, which clearly goes to show that the property itself is sold by appellant by registered sale-deed.

In view thereof, appeal stands dismissed.
