By this application, the applicant (original appellant), is seeking permission to delete respondent No.6 from the array of respondents and for restoration of the civil application as against respondent No.8, by stating that correct address of respondent No.8 would be provided.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. Accordingly, respondent No.6 is deleted from the array of the respondents. Application is restored against respondent No.8, subject to correct address of the respondent No.8 being provided within a period of two weeks from today. Upon such correct
