Prayer is to bring names of legal representatives of respondent no.2 on record. Notice on said application has been duly served on the said legal representatives. The learned counsel appearing for legal representatives opposes the application on the ground that no sufficient cause has been furnished.

Considering the reasons assigned in the application, the application is allowed. Legal representatives of respondent no.2 are permitted to be brought on record. Amendment be carried out in ten days. The effect of bringing said legal representatives of respondent no.2 despite death of said respondent during pendency of the appeal before the lower appellate court will be considered on merits. Civil application stands disposed of.
