Perused the petition as also reply. It is apparent that the petitioner has to submit proper application seeking furlough leave. If such application is received, the Superintendent of concerned prison has to forward it to the concerned authority.

Hence, with liberty to the petitioner to submit proper application for release on furlough leave and with a direction to the concerned authority to process the said application in accordance with law at .....2/-

wp.870.15 the earliest, we dispose of the criminal writ petition. Charges of learned counsel appointed for the petitioner are fixed at Rs.1500/-.
