25/09/ The present application is filed by applicants seeking four weeks time to comply with the directions mentioned in paragraph No.32 of the judgment. It is contended that Special Leave Petition is filed bearing Special Leave Petition (SLP) Diary No.38549/2023 before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India on 18/09/2023 and it will take time to be listed. In view thereof, the learned Counsel for appellants is seeking four weeks' time.

It appears that the impugned order came to be passed on 10/08/2023 directing the appellants to hand over the possession within one week from 10/08/2023. He was also directed to furnish on affidavit the details of their profession/occupation along with movable and immovable properties

2 3 cas 1098-2023 belonging to them within seven working days from 10/08/2023.

It appears that there were some corrections in the judgment which were carried out and order uploaded on 17/08/2023.

Thereafter also, at the request of learned Counsel for appellants, four weeks' time was extended to furnish the details as per direction.

It also appears that the State also sought time to file reply to the application and in that process four weeks' time has already expired. However, on 14/09/2023, this Court again granted time to furnish the details and to comply as per directions in paragraph No.32 of the judgment 10/08/2023.

The learned A.G.P. vehemently opposed the application.

Today, again same application is filed. It is pertinent to note that even no details in respect of profession/occupation along with movable and immovable properties is supplied by the applicant. Moreover, the matter is already filed before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. As such, I am not inclined to grant any further extension.

Hence, the application stands dismissed.
