Heard learned counsel for the applicant. Seen the charge-sheet and the reply filed by the prosecution. There is a prima face case against the applicant for his continued detention in the jail and for one more reason that to his credit, there are two offences of robbery under Section 392, Indian Penal Code, and two offences of theft under Section 379, IPC.

The applicant is in jail for the last one year and, therefore, it is necessary to expedite the trial. That being so, the following order is passed:-

O R D E R

[a] Criminal Application No. 832 of 2015 is rejected.
